Our goal is to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible.
You may return new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a store credit. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
You can expect to receive your store credit within two weeks of your package being delivered to us. However, you may often receive the store credit more quickly. This timeframe includes the time it takes for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time we need to process your return. Should you need to return an item, please reach out to us with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Most orders are processed on the same day. However, order must be placed by 12pm EST. This does NOT include weekends or holidays. Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date
